It is tied to the individual (not the employer), offering greater job flexibility, 6-month jobless stay period, and no foreign worker levy or quota. Valid for 3 years and non-renewable, it is applied for personally via MOM and ideal for top-tier talent seeking mobility in Singapore’s job market.

Who Is It For?

S Pass 

Who Is It For?

​

Singapore’s S Pass targets mid-skilled workers (technicians) with min. salary S$3,150/month (higher with age), qualifications, and sector quotas/levies. Permit is valid up to 2 years (renewable).

Letter of Consent (LOC) Application

Who Is It For?

Eligible companies can appoint Employment Pass holders from another related company to their Board of Directors. This will allow for 

taking up secondary directorship.

You can apply for a Letter of Consent to work in Singapore if you are an LTVP or LTVP+ holder who is the spouse or unmarried child of a Singaporean or PR. 

​

You can apply for a Letter of Consent to work in Singapore if you are an eligible Dependant’s Pass holder who wishes to operate a business. ​
